Does it say that you need "Motion 5.2"? If so, it's Apple's misspelling in your current version.
Please make sure you are running Motion 5.0.3 - the update is available via Mac App Store - http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/motion/id434290957?mt=12
Please notice that some people may experience updating problems. We've had clients who tried to update Motion to 5.0.2 or 5.0.3 and ended up with an old one instead (after updating). In this case the easiest solution is dragging your Motion app to Trash (yes, it is ok to do that) and installing it again from the App Store. That will do the trick.
