Can you please comment on what is editable for this project? Can I drop zone my pdf's, jpg, psd's, vector art work for the camera moves over the document without any key framing (the portion where you are showing Fashion, Design, elegance docs, etc)?

Yes, it is fully editable and you can drop-in whatever you need and whatever Motion supports.
