How does work at MotionVFX differ from other software developer work? Well, it’s a lot of the same (writing code, testing, releases, dailies, weeklies etc.), BUT there’s a lot of exploring, research, trial and error - expect to be given challenging tasks, responsibility, independence but you always have the whole team to lean on, help you out.
