Social Media Specialist


Role and what you can expect:

Do you want to work on products used by global TV stations, Hollywood studios, and the biggest YouTube stars? If your answer is "YES", you need to turn your attention to MotionVFX, which is a fast-growing, world-known company and a market leader in the production of plugins and templates for Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion and DaVinci Resolve.

Role and what you can expect:

MotionVFX is looking for a driven social media specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing landscape. Social media specialist should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content to make it engaging. You will be also responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

In this position, you will have a lot of freedom and independence in action to transform your creative ideas into success. If proven, you will be able to rise through the ranks of MotionVFX.


  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, social media platforms acquaintance, benchmarking, mailing, blog messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily/weekly content and the company's blog (original texts, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action and interest in our products
  • Set up and optimize the company's pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Collaborate with Management to set goals for marketing roadmap and coordinate actions


  • [Must have] Proven minimum 2 years of working experience in creating social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter), preferably in a technology/ software company
  • [Must have] Written proficiency in English (min. C1 level)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, Tag Manager)
  • Basic graphic editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma)
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Team player
  • [Desirable] Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
  • [Desirable] Experience in creating social media content on LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok
  • [Desirable] BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
